It was indeed challenging to communicate the specific details of investment immigration with UK clients. Although I repeatedly explained the relevant policies, application process and financial requirements in detail, clients still expressed confusion and misunderstanding. Clients often asked the same questions, such as document checklist, approval time, etc. I tried to use simpler language, diagrams and case studies, but progress was slow. This experience made me deeply realize the importance of patience and cross-cultural communication skills in cross-border business.😅
